1. Name of chapter: the International Council on Systems Engineering Russian Chapter (in Russian “Русское отделение INCOSE”)

2. Approved bylaws.

3. Elected Interim Officers:
Candidate President: Anatoly Levenchuk (TechInvestLab.ru, president)
Candidate Vice-president: Vladimir Nuzhdin (Concern "Energoatom", PKF, deputy director)
Candidate Secretary: Ludmila Golubkova (August JSC, vice-president for development)
Candidate Treasurer: Vladimir Aleinik (GK "Rosatom", deputy head of department)

4. Meetings of chapter should be conducted twice a month (1st and 3rd Thursday) at Pyzhevsky pereulok, 6, Moscow, Russia.
